Random Thoughts

It has been a little hectic at work and I have not had the time to write a post.  I am feeling a little guilty....  I have a recipe that I want to write about.  I hope to take the time to do that later today.  For now I am looking forward to a good weekend.

Birthday Lunch

Saturday, Birthday Lunch for the grandson!  Not the crazy big sister's, as you might think from the picture.  It was his choice and he wanted to go to Enrique's at the Ponca airport....Good Choice!  Very yummy.  We had a real good visit with all of them and we all ate really well!

Bunt the Boston Terrier

Bunt is our Boston Terrier.  He is our baby.  He is what happens to an older couple after the kids leave home.  An empty spot is in your life and BAM! a little four legged pup with a wet nose moves in and takes over your life!  And now 11 years later he is in charge and our world pretty much revolves around him.  He is camera shy....really he is, so I will share what photos I have which are not very good, but I will be working on new ones.  For now this is it!

Just Learnin'

This is my first entry to my blog.  I am just learnin'.  I am married to a retired Postmaster, who I now refer to as my "Trophy Husband" since he doesn't work and I still do.  I am a grandmother of six and love to create all kinds of crafts and home improvements.  I hope to share some of my projects with you here.  I know that most of this information needs to be on my profile page, and I will get things where they should be eventually!
